What makes your coaching different from other online programs?
My coaching is all about long-term results you can actually sustain, I’m not about quick fixes, trendy challenges, or fad diets. I combine science-backed programming, structure, and over 7 years of experience to create a plan that fits your life, not the other way around. We look at everything, sleep, hormones, stress, mindset, and lifestyle, to make sure your results stick. I focus on building strength, muscle, healthy habits, and confidence, so you feel empowered every step of the way.
Who can work with you?
I mostly work with intermediate to advanced lifters, but beginners are welcome too if you’re willing to put in the effort and communicate openly. Every plan is tailored to your goals, health, and lifestyle, not cookie-cutter. I’m able to adapt programs when needed, for example, focusing on performance rather than aesthetics, or skipping weight tracking if it isn’t right for you. No matter your starting point, my goal is to help you become the best version of yourself.
Do I need a gym or special equipment?
A gym is ideal for the best results, but you can absolutely train at home with some equipment. Every exercise is customized with progressions, regressions, and modifications, so your plan works even when you’re stressed, traveling, or short on equipment. I also provide on-demand workouts for mobility, short sessions, or focused strength, giving you the flexibility to stay consistent no matter what life throws at you.
Will I have to give up my favorite foods?
Not at all! Your nutrition plan is flexible and built around what works for you, including the foods you love, yes, even chocolate. Some clients do best with structured meal plans and macro targets for transformations, while others thrive on flexible foundation plans with meal ideas, recipe books, and guidelines. Every plan is designed to fit your body, your history, and your lifestyle, so you can enjoy your food while still making progress.
How much support and guidance will I get?
Support is a huge part of my coaching. Foundation clients get fortnightly check-ins, and transformation clients get weekly video feedback, but I’m always available between check-ins, with responses within 24–48 hours. You’ll also get goal breakdowns, motivation, resources, and access to a private group chat, all designed to keep you consistent, confident, and progressing without overwhelm. Accountability is a team effort: I guide and follow up, and you communicate, so your plan is always tailored and achievable.
